Mayor Pro Tempore Clemens has lived in Addison for 16 years. He has been in corporate real estate (mergers & acquisitions) his entire career (Travelers Real Estate Investment Dept., Bank of America, McNeil Capital, and CEO of Crosson & Dannis Real Estate Strategies) and for the last few years has been with the Division of Resolutions and Receiverships at the FDIC. Mr. Clemens graduated from Albion College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Blake and Jeannie have been married for 17 years and have 2 boys; Collier (22 yrs) and Logan (20 yrs).

Kimberly is the Deputy Mayor Pro Tempore and has served on the Addison City Council since 2008. As a Vice President at Hudson Peters Commercial Real Estate, her specialized experience is in Buyer and Tenant Representation for office, retail, and industrial users. Kimberly is the 2010 recipient of the prestigious Paul Hanson Award for community service. Bruce Arfsten Council Member

Bruce Arfsten has lived in Addison since 2003 and moved to North Texas in 1990 from Oklahoma City. Since 1993, he has been actively selling residential real estate in the Dallas/Fort Worth market including several years in new home sales. He worked in the residential division of Henry S. Miller until its acquisition by Coldwell Banker and is currently with the RE/MAX Premier office in North Dallas. Prior to his real estate career, Bruce spent seven years in hospitality management in Oklahoma and Texas.

Roger S. Mellow Council Member

Roger Mellow was first elected to the City Council in May 2005. Prior to his election to City Council, he served as a Planning & Zoning Commissioner, was a 2002 graduate of the Addison Citizen Academy, a member of the 2003 Addison Charter Review Commission, a 2004 graduate of the North Central Texas Council Of Governments Professional Development Planning and Zoning, and a 2004 graduate of Leadership Metrocrest.

Neil Resnik Council Member

Neil was born in NYC but left there as soon as possible for Texas. Neil graduated from Richardson High School in 1965 and the University of North Texas with a BBA in 1979. Neil served in the United States Army Active Duty from 1969 to 1971 as Staff Sergeant and in the National Guard from 1972 to 1975 as First Sergeant. Neil is the owner of Creative Financial Professionals since 1981 and partner in LeeNik Ventures, LLC from 2004 to Present.
